Construction and materials: The partition walls are made of Wienerberger Porotherm ceramic bricks. The external enclosing walls are at least 25 cm thick and have improved thermal insulation characteristics. The internal partition walls are at least 12 cm thick, and the inter-property walls are at least 25 cm thick, ensuring a high level of noise and thermal insulation.
Windows and facade: Seven-chamber PVC windows from a leading manufacturer with triple glazing and low-emission glass are provided, in order to minimize heat loss. The entrance doors of the building have an aluminum profile and integrated access control systems.
Installations and equipment: The building will be equipped with electric elevators Orona (Spain). High-quality waterproofing by K?STER BAUCHEMIE (Germany) is provided for all underground and above-ground elements. Sound insulation against impact and airborne noise will be provided.
