The roof is built with XPS (extruded polystyrene foam) thermal insulation, vapor barrier, slope screed and mineral wool waterproofing, which guarantees reliable protection and resistance in all weather conditions.

The exterior walls are made of 25 cm Wienerberger Porotherm 25 N+F bricks, with additional thermal insulation on the outside, providing excellent sound and thermal insulation. The interior surfaces are finished with machine-made breathable plaster "Knauf" or "R?fix", which contributes to a healthy microclimate in the homes.

The building is equipped with high-quality Rehau joinery - a seven-chamber profile and triple glazing, providing comfort, noise insulation and energy efficiency.

For the convenience of residents, an electromechanical SchneiderLift elevator with a luxurious cabin and two-panel telescopic doors with protection is provided, guaranteeing safety and silent operation.
