The Buildings

The development consists of four buildings, each with four residential floors and an underground parking level. The façade facilities clean, elegant lines and natural stone accents, enhancing the overall refined aesthetic. Beyond the attractive exterior, the building envelope includes a 10 cm EPS thermal insulation system, ensuring year-round energy efficiency. Both the roof and basement levels are equipped with waterproofing by Penetron – a global leader in the field.

The entrance areas and communal spaces are finished to a luxury standard, designed by an interior architect and using high-quality flooring and wall materials that complement the building’s overall vision. Movement between floors is facilitated by customised Spanish ORONA lifts. Apartment Selection

The development offers a wide range of spacious and functional layouts – including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. Soundproofing between apartments guarantees privacy and comfort for all residents.

Each property is offered in shell-and-core condition (plastered walls and screed flooring), and facilities high-quality armoured front doors with four-way locking systems. The sunny terraces are finished with frost-resistant granite tiles.

Gas heating is planned, with piping already in place to the entrance of each apartment.

Underground parking spaces are available for purchase, fitted with Hormann garage doors.

Premium Window Systems

All apartments are fitted with windows by the renowned German brand Rehau Artevo – an industry leader in durable, high-performance window technology. These frames use RAU-FIPRO X, a high-tech material offering outstanding thermal insulation and structural integrity.

What sets this system apart is the integrated LowE foil, which reduces heat emission to just 5% and prevents undesired air convection within the chambers – achieving Uf values of up to 0.81 W/m²K. The exterior colour is anthracite, harmonising beautifully with the building’s overall look.

Electrical & Plumbing Systems

Each building facilities a three-conductor electrical system with both horizontal and vertical distribution, along with fitted apartment fuse boxes with residual-current devices for enhanced safety. Every room is pre-wired for internet and television.

Plumbing and drainage systems use a combination of PPR and PVC risers, with installations in the basement. Internal piping within each apartment is completed using polypropylene push-fit pipes, with individual water meters already installed.

Payment Plan

• 30% – Upon signing the Preliminary Contract;
• 30% – Upon Act 14 (shell construction);
• 30% – Upon Act 15 (completion of finishing works);
• 10% – Upon Act 16 (final approval and occupancy permit).
