Accommodation
The village itself will be comprised of 180 high specification, luxurious assisted living suites, which will be split into blocks of 12 or 16, to help create a community feel, and to promote social interaction between residents.
Every suite will be 55 sq.m., including a bedroom area, en-suite bathroom, kitchen and living area.
Each suite will also feature storage space, large balcony, the latest remote control beds and satellite TV, as well as an extra sofa bed for visitors.
As added reassurance for residents all bedrooms will be fitted with the latest technology to allow instant communication to the nurses station in case any medical assistance is required during the night.
Spacious, elegant and comfortable the suites will be finished to a high specification and contain all of the modern conveniences of a 5* hotel.

Health facilities
Each group of 12 to 16 suites has its own 24 hour nursing station in addition to the extensive facilities at the communal on-site healthcare and diagnostic centre.
It’s accepted that social interaction and physical and mental activity are vital to a happy and fulfilling later life. With this in mind, this development will be designed to allow residents easy access to a range of top class health and leisure facilities, services and social activities, with the reassurance of on-site care and support if required.
The on-site communal centre will be fully equipped with the latest health and diagnostic equipment, patient beds and a full time multi-lingual doctor.

There will be built health and well-being spa centre and a fully equipped gymnasium. Featuring areas for relaxation, treatment rooms, an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, as well as outdoor swimming pool.
A selection of alternative therapies and treatments such as yoga, acupuncture, nutritional well-being, manicure, pedicure, hairdresser, etc. will be offered.
There’s also a visiting independent social worker to help with any issues the residents may have in Spain or the UK.
