Construction shows stable growth in Bulgaria

A 10.1% growth in construction was reported in October 2017 compared to the same month of the previous year, according to data of the National Statistical Institute (NSI) in Bulgaria.

There is an increase of 15.1% on an annual basis in the construction of new buildings in the private sector. According to experts, the building construction will continue to grow as the number of permits is increasing.

An increase of 4.2% on an annual basis is also noted for civil construction, which is mainly reflected in the implementation of infrastructure projects.
